MISSION STATEMENT
A UNIQUE LANDSCAPE INSPIRING UNIQUE ARTISTS
The North West Artists Group was founded in May 2009 and comprises of artists from all over the North West of Ireland. The group was created with the intention of highlighting and promoting the visual arts movement within the North West region, from both an individual artistic perspective, as well as encompassing the broader regional cultural agenda. Our aim is to promote the visual arts of the Irish North West on a national and international level while at the same time supporting the cultural vibrancy of the region through the promotion of the North West artistic scene.

A EALAÍONTÓIRÍ UATHUIL TÍRDHREACH INSPIORAIDEACH UATHUIL
Bunaíodh an Iar-Thuaiscirt Grúpa Ealaíontóirí Bealtaine 2009 agus tá na n-ealaíontóirí ó gach cearn den Iar-Thuaisceart na hÉireann. Cruthaíodh an grúpa leis an intinn agus béim a chur chun cinn na n-ealaíon amhairc ghluaiseachta laistigh de réigiún an Iarthuaiscirt, ó thaobh araon aonair ealaíne, chomh maith le cuimsiú an gclár oibre níos leithne cultúrtha réigiúnach. Is é an aidhm atá againn a chur chun cinn na n-ealaíon amhairc na Gaeilge Iarthuaisceart ar leibhéal náisiúnta agus idirnáisiúnta agus ag an am céanna ag tacú le beocht cultúrtha an réigiúin trí chur chun cinn i gcúrsaí an Iar-Thuaiscirt ealaíne.
